  Pitiful. They have phone off the hook so it has continued to ring busy. 800 number won't give you a human. They are not serving the public like they should be. Will have to write our elected officials.

  The Woman that was helping me was very rude. I didn’t get my package earlier and I told her that I did not receive it(cause on the tracking it said failed delivery). She made a big deal and when I told her that I just now got an update from my co worker that it has been shipped. She didn’t say have a nice day she just said Bye!! She does not have good customer service. I wish I could never deal with this post office ever again.
